Are you into politics? Frustrated with democratic ignorance? Want to help educate the American public?

As you can imagine, the research needs are constant. It's an ongoing effort keeping things updated.

To manage the site, moderators are assigned specific issues to focus on. As candidates clarify and elaborate and flip-flop on these issues, moderators keep things up to date on the site.

What does it take?
The ideal moderator will:
  • have at least some interest in politics
  • have interest in a particular issues
    Choose the issues that interest you most!
  • be responsive and pro-active
    Because candidates are always saying new things, the issues need on-going updates and maintenance.
  • be objective
    Report facts. Use speeches, official statements, and official campaign web sites as sources. Avoid opionions and political commentary.
  • be online frequently
  • be media-savvy
  • be detail-oriented
As a moderator, you will:
  • remain anonymous
    The issues, and coverage of them, can be controversial. To keep mean people away, only your first name will be posted.
  • not be paid
    This site is a public service. No one gets paid. Do it because you love it!
